2. Notes for use.

(1) Before starting the machine, the compressed air must reach 0. 6Mpa or more, the fan must be opened first to ensure the air duct is unobstructed. The safety door is closed, no bottle, or squeeze bottle, the left and suitable cover plates are shut, the motor is not overloaded, the emergency stop button is reset, the air duct is out of the bottle signal in the state, and the host can be in regular operation.

(2) The dial wheel must be reset to a normal position after the bottle jam occurs. The flat slot on the dial wheel is aligned with the falling bottle slot. Otherwise, the bottle-rolling phenomenon will occur.

(3) When the bottle jamming or squeezing occurs, the main machine will stop, it needs to clean the bottle outlet and adjust the dial wheel appropriately, then press the main machine button, and the main engine will start.

(4) When the main machine stops in the automatic state, please check whether the signal photoelectric switch at the air duct is loose and cannot sense the signal. Please adjust it to a suitable position, then check whether the motor is overloaded or the emergency stop is pressed by mistake. Please find out the reason and change it before restarting.

(5) In the automatic state, the safety door opens, the host stops, and the host can restart after the safety door is closed to improve production efficiency.
